In other awesome news, my vacation starts in less than three hours. After I leave work today, I don't have to come in for TEN days. I am so excited. I mean, I like my job and all, but I need a break. I'm really looking forward to our trip down to the yay area. My goals are (in order of importance):

1. relax
2. visit with friends and family
3. visit specific locations
4. eat yummy food
5. stitch a bunch of stars on my flag
6. sort through my old stuff at my mom's house and decide what to keep

Yay, vacation!

Ok, this one is kinda shitty. I was brushing my teeth getting ready for bed, when I realized I hadn't taken a picture. So you get a (slightly-out-of-focus) shot of the Homies House in the Lab. This is a tiny portion of our collection of Homies. Sean gets them every time he goes to Winco, and a few times the machine has been broken and delivered a dozen Homies for 50 cents. Does anyone else collect them? Want to trade doubles?

In other news, Dan Savage came to our fair city and is interviewed in the current edition of the Eugene Weekly (who did a great job with the cover - that's sure to draw the attention of the kids!).
